Born in the former Soviet Union, Arzu grew up steeped in discipline and classical training — piano, ballet, and an education built on structure. But beneath the surface was always a longing for something more sensuous, more creative.

 

She studied political science. It didn’t stir her. She built a stellar international career in marketing, working as an expat and top manager across multiple countries. Still, something vital was missing.

 

Then, in 2016 — during what she now lovingly calls a “beautiful depression” — Arzu walked away from it all. Not just the career, but the identity tied to it. She had never cooked before (not even a casual flirtation with the kitchen), but something called her to the fire.

 

She enrolled at the Culinary Arts Academy, graduating as a professional chef. Then came immersive studies in Italy and France — Italian cuisine, pastry, the art of indulgence. The spark was real. The change was radical.

 

Today, Arzu creates tailor-made dining experiences where food becomes the language of pleasure. No restaurant noise, no rush — just music, wine, and a seductive meal shared in an elegant, private setting.
