"I was born in Soviet Union and grew up in strict discipline and great education. From very early age I was studying piano and ballet. Art was always inspiring me, but it was not the passion I was looking for. I have been studying political science at University, but this field did not inspire me as well. Looking for more creativity I have started my career in FMCG sector and moved to Istanbul - my absolute love and city of power -  in 1998. Having systematical education in sales and marketing I was slowly building my career in multinational companies, I was working as an expat in a different countries as a top manager.

In 2016, in the middle of middle age crisis, which now I understand it was depression,  I decided to change my life and a really successful career and throw myself into an absolutely new path, «turning my passion into profession». You can imagine I never had the will to cook in my life before, having spent all my life with live-in nannies, I barely knew where the plates were in our kitchen.  It was an absolutely crazy idea to become a chef for most of my close ones. I enrolled to Culinary Art Academy and graduated as a professional chef. I had 2 culinary education (Italian cuisine and desserts) in Italy and France after. ​
